Wish List
In the past, Prairie Creek
students have benefitted tremendously from things donated by our families.
Often, we need things you are thinking about getting rid of anyway.
We figure that it never hurts to ask. Here are some of the things we
would love to have:
Whole School:
- Old (but working) iPod
Touches and iPads
- Soccer Goal
- Small cross country ski
shoes (SNS binding)
- Large cross country ski boots (SNS binding -- we
really need sizes 41,42, 43)
- Stilts
- kid sized snow shovels
- Child-sized
real cooking tools
- Nature Inquiry Bags (Overtime, we would like to assemble
a total of 20 bags)
- A canvas bag with handles
- Clipboard with string and pencil attached
- Thermometer suitable for gauging outside temp
- Colored pencils and small sturdy sharpener
- Binoculars
- Hand magnifier
- Plastic bug/specimen jars (magnifying lid is a bonus)
- 1 or more field guides (insects, trees, butterflies,
birds, etc.)
- Miscellaneous helpful tools (e.g. anything that might
help a young scientist study the outdoors.)
